I've tried a reinstall but doesn't work

Can anyone help me ?

I have realised when the language is russian , everything is fine and the phone audio works

i have to use a vpn to download it , its region locked

i have tried that and it just says 100% instantly

I already have the english pack and it is active, everything is english except when it comes to the phone there is no audio on it whatsoever

Would be nice if you could try help

all i saw was the VPN activation part

Because it was cheap and i didn't realise it was russian until after i had purchased , it just said it need RU VPN activation and the language was russian

Hello , i have purchased watch dogs and it was a russian version , so i went and changed the language, everything seems to work except at the start of the game and through out the phone audio doesn't work , when aiden plays the phone to maurice at the start of the game of his voice , no audio is played whatsoever and subtitles flash on the screen for it , for about one second , i have changed my audio to stereo , tried a different USB port. I've upgraded my drivers changed the skuconfig.dat , I have done everything possible to try and fix it! please help!!!
