    Guys ! I found a solution...

I played with the bios itself. I took it off and scratched the end of the pins by piece of metal, put it back in and it suddenly BOOTED. Everything works perfectly.

Recommend this to everyone having this problem, it should work for them too...

So basically don't buy any modern day phone. Gotcha.

More countries need to implement this rule. Android bloatware is arguably some of the worse bloatware out there, because it takes up quite a bit of storage, runs in the background/uses data, and eats up your battery, which of course, only makes it worse. So South Korea, GOOD JOB, and as for every other country, TAKE NOTE. Users shouldn't have to root their phones in order to get your crappy apps off of it.

Those codes aren't particularly revealing.  That's too bad.
Were you updating the bios or anything like that when this started?

Honestly just give ASUS support a call, they may be able to help you sort it out without replacement.  If its just a bad bios chip, you can order a new one (I think they're about $10 USD or so) from the Asus estore.

Return Merchandise Authorization. You basically send in a request to have your part replaced.

This is usually part of a bios update process.  The usual process is that your computer shuts off, completes iROG1 (0-100%), shuts off, completes iROG2 (0-100%), then should boot normally.
Something clearly went wrong with your bios (maybe the chip is bad, given that you can't flash it).  Maybe try the MemOK button to kick it out of the loop.  Aside from that you should just call Asus support and get them to help you.
It's too bad that your board doesn't have dual bios, because that would be an easy way to get back up and running while you sort out the other bios problem.

What does your Q-Code read while all this is happening?  It could be something other than your bios.

Is there a budget? If not, get the Noctua NH-D14.
