7.1 is useless for gaming. It does almost nothing, You'd be better off going with a good pair of headphones and a mod mic or a zalman mic over a 7.1 headset. 
 
If you live in a place with a lot of noise (like me) go with a pair of closed back headphones, California headphone company on amazon is a great start to look at. If you want a great sound stage (better for FPS games like CSGO) look into some AKG or sennheiser headphones.

get a seasonic PSU, apevia is kinda a bad brand. The brands to look for are EVGA, Corsair (HX and RM series), Coolermaster, Seasonic, Fractal, NZXT, and cougar. They are all good brands with great warranty. Also there is no need to buy thermal compound, the stuff that comes on the 212 evo is pretty freaking good.

They're using 60Hz and then kinda in a way drawing an extra frame on the TV so 1 frame input=2 frame output in a way. It's how those 240Hz and higher 1080P tv's and monitors do it. 

Who told you CSGO isn't good to be played at high res? It's not like 1.6 where the character models hitboxes are bigger, you're at a disadvantage playing 4:3 in CSGO over 16:9. Really it's just preference but this isn't the same game as CS:Source or 1:6 where you're resolution matters a lot.

Turn settings up, when you turn settings to low (Depends on the engine) it will offload all the graphics processing onto your CPU. Linus said it best "If your CPU is a bottleneck then crank up those graphics until the GPU is the bottleneck"

Your upload is far to low to do much of any streaming outside of maybe 480P. I have 6 up and struggle to maintain 720P60FPS in streaming with my upload. 720P30FPS is fine tho. Your CPU is enough to stream a surprising large amounts of games, the GPU might not like the FPS much tho. Maybe get an Nvidia GPU if you're looking into livestreaming. 

FLACC audio is almost usless for how much space it takes up for most people, high bit rate MP3's are just as good in most cases IMO.

I really loved Angel beats, its one of the saddest animes I have seen.
