It all depends. The reason why apes are stronger is not because they are bigger then us. It's because they activate 100% of their muscle when attacking. Humans, our brain only allow us to activate about 33% of our muscles in order for us to pick up or thread small things without crushing it. That's why people who give gorillas pet kittens end up getting the kitten killed from being pet too hard by the gorilla. They don't have the control needed to be gentle. Now the only time humans brain "allows" us to use 100% of their muscles, like an ape is during an life threatening situation (fight or flight). This is how a Grandmom was able to lift a car off of her grandchild during an accident. So back to the fight. If a human is on adrenaline rush for ten minutes strait, he does stand a chance against an ape, expecially if the humans offspring is involved. Not only is the human as strong as the ape during a rush, we are smarter. A adrenaline rushed Bruce Lee would kick the head off pa ape due to the knowledge of knowing a kick has a longer reach. Plus Bruce lee was unbelievablly strong. And that was only 33% of his muscles being use.

HZ is how many times your screen refreshes in a second.
FPS is how many frames per second your GPU can push out.

For perfectly smooth FPS you want to match your FPS up with the Maximum Hz rate of the monitor (60Hz is still the most common so 60FPS would look great) Anything over 60fps is just wasted as the screen cannot display them.
Anything under 60FPS and your screen will have to display the same frame twice (or more) times and thats when you will start to notice juddering or lagging.
