The i5 shouldn't become an issue for a few years, but the 6700K or 7700K would be the best choice for a CPU upgrade. 
 
Edit: Looks like a GPU upgrade would benefit you much better. I'd get a 1070 Ti or 1080 depending on cost for your region.
 

I think your GPU is a bigger "bottleneck" here than your i5, you're running essentially a 1060 trying to play a latest AAA on ultras at 2560x1080p, does the GPU max out during the gameplay? if it does then yeah your CPU is doing its job just fine.

Yeah the problem is your GPU not your CPU maybe try and find a 1080 AMP edition.

I would spend every dime you were considering spending on the CPU and put it toward a baller GPU

I'm down to play whenever,  never got to play the first, but I'm pretty excited to sink all my time into this. Haven't played much yet,  I'm a level 9 Warnock right now.

I think you might satill have problems with billing, they might not let you ship packages not in your usual country where your billing address is... ie the card you're paying with's bank address.

ok i fixed the issue, it creates a new ip.
 
What you need to do is go to command prompt and type ipconfig and it will tell you your ip, type this into your url. Its similar to 192.168.1.1, for example 192.168.0.5

Rly. Going 0-100 real quick there... a bit of an extreme solution, which will have near to no gains too.

INWIN are releasing a revision of the 303 later this year called the 303c, its similar to the 303, only the internals are all white and the GPU is mounted vertically, its kicking around on the INWIN 303 owners club on overclock.net and was shown at CES 

I'll try, its in a pretty open area so it might be hard to get rid of all the light in that area but I will try. I'll do it when I get home, I only saw this when I just left
