It has a top sensor, but it can spin out if you flick it tilted across the pad. I have a mouse with the same sensor and it has never happened to me, but I'm able to reproduce it. It's a larger mouse, so see if the shape suits you.
The Razer Abyssus v2 is the only Razer mouse in this price range. It's decent, but lacks side buttons and doesn't have any advantage over the other suggested.
The G203 has the better sensor. You should consider getting the G402 only if you need the extra buttons or want a bigger mouse, sensor-wise you won't notice a difference.
The Logitech G203 and Corsair Harpoon are your best bet for the budget. If you can spend a few bucks more, the Steelseries Rival 110 is a pretty good option.
@wcreekIn which sense? Mozilla pushes security updates frequently and there hasn't been a major security issue lately. If you're looking for security, don't touch Vivaldi, it's almost always running on outdated Chromium builds.
Why switch if Firefox is good enough for you? Chrome's customisability and font rendering is shit, Vivaldi is still buggy and slow. I've been spoiled by Quantum's smoothness.
