  1. Thank you. Maybe I don't need lights that bright. What power supply would you recommend for the strip you suggested? https://www.amazon.com/LEDENET-2800K-7000K-Temperature-adjustable-Waterproof/dp/B00R5UR8KI/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1528761553&sr=8-11&tag=linus21-20
  2. Wow! Thanks! I found a different strip that has a large color range, is water proof and looks to be very bright. https://www.amazon.com/LEDENET-2800K-7000K-Bi-color-Temperature-Adjustable/dp/B00R602RYE?th=1 Will that work with the remote you linked? https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/color-temp-controller/variable-color-temperature-led-controller-wireless-rf-touch-color-remote-6-amps-per-channel/3150/6315/ And I need a power supply right? Which one would work? I don't really have a clue how to know what will and won't work together. My dad is pretty good with electronics and knows how to solder so If you can tell me what I need to buy, I'm sure my dad and I can figure out how to make it work.
  3. Obviously there are RGB LED strips that you can change to nearly whatever color you want. Is there a light strip that allows you to change from 1900K white light to like 5500K white light? I don't want just a strip that I can dim, I want to be able to change the color of the light. I also don't need/want RGB. I'm just interested in white. I know the Phillips Hue light strips can do this but they can also do like every other color and require an expensive hub and wifi connectivity. All those things makes the Hue strips extremely expensive. I'd really just like a strip that works with a simple remote. If that doesn't exist, how hard would it be to make my own strip? I would probably do two strips running along side each other. One strip would be a more blue-white led strip and the other would be a more yellow-white LED strip. I think a remote with two sliders to dim the two strips would let me make whatever temperature of white I want. Is this doable for less than the cost of a Phillips Hue setup? Any links to any helpful information would be super appreciated.
  4. Here is my current setup: Keyboard: Corsair K70 with Cherry MX Red switches and red backlights Mouse: Roccat Kone Pure Optical Mouse Pad: Roccat Taito Mini-Size 3mm Headphones: Red AudioTechnica ATH-M50s
  5. That keyboard looks hella nice! I would love to have it along with the rest of the goodies! I love how simple the keyboard looks and the brown switches.
  6. Best thing about this phone is how it isn't an S5 or iPhone because those are the only 2 major smartphones my carrier offers. The best thing about dbrands is how their skins are very high quality.

  8. I appreciate the advice and I will continue to think about it, but can someone actually find a case that meets my requirements? I would like to have on in mind if i do decide to go through with it.
  9. I need a mid tower ATX case that is no more than 20 inches high, 18 inches deep, or 12 inches wide. 20 in x 18 in x 12 in. Why? Because that is how big my shelf on my desk is. Why don't I just do mATX? I currently have a Corsair 350D case and it fits wonderfully. The problem is, I have an SSD but I don't have a motherboard with 6 Gb/s SATA ports. My motherboard (ASUS M5A78L-M USB3) only has 3 Gb/s SATA ports. Also, there are no motherboards that i want to buy that are mATX and will work with my AMD FX-6300 CPU. So my options are get a new motherboard and a new CPU, or get a new motherboard and a case. I think getting a new case will be much simpler. I already have someone who will buy my 350D lined up also. Final Comments Really like my 350D so i want a case that is similar to it if possible. I would love to get the 450D, but it wont fit Case must have a window, have an optical drive bay, have front usb 3 ports, be black, and look cool. Thanks for the help!
