  1. In the beginning of this video where you said "unlike the headphones we looked at in our last roundup" made me think this was another roundup :(
  2. if only that thing had hardware I know won't throttle (it's possible the current hardware doesn't throttle, but I doubt it), and a normal trackpad/keyboard layout... mmm well I can't buy it even at half the price, so I don't know why I'm even thinking about it I do really like that internal design tho. very nice position for all the eye-catching components
  3. I imagine part of the reason is this is the connector for it...
  4. haha yeah, I had a terrible experience with my mx performance too. I'm not sure, but I think 1,000Hz is the maximum polling rate supported through USB. and you're not taking into account the processing that has to be done. the mouse processor has to realize you clicked the button, then encode it and send it out to a receiver, or through a wire. I know those razer mice run at 1,000hz, and I can pretty safely assume the g900 will run at 1,000 as well. the difference in latency comes from less optimized code/processor/etc.
  5. mrchow19910319 mentions very good points that I noticed as well. you should keep them in mind while watching the video. but I do love how they didn't just say "Generic competitor mouse" for these tests, they used the real names. I love knowing this kind of information. I would've loved comparing to a lot more mice, but luke probably only had so much time to spend there, and this is a sponsored video after all. if anyone else with logitech's equipment wants to make a video comparing a ton of different mice (absolutely wishful thinking here), I'd love that so much
  6. b-but.. you have to go outside jokes aside, hmm I see what you mean now. well as linus says, different strokes for different folks. but one things for sure, strokes are always good.
  7. I'll probably get them then. thanks guys
  8. thanks, I don't know these things ^^ hmm, the page for the 439's say on-ear, I wanted over-ear (sorry, forgot to mention in main post) http://en-us.sennheiser.com/on-ear-headphones-audio-hd-439 but it also shows up in their list of over-ear headphones http://en-us.sennheiser.com/over-ear-headphones wtf
  9. Hey guys, first new topic I'm looking for: no mic, I have a modmic 4.0 fabric earcups, not leather/pleather closed back, don't wanna bug people next to me somewhat flat frequency response (basically I don't want 90% bass, and 10% everything else) preferably sennheiser, doesn't have to be. under 100$ USD. EDIT: forgot to mention I also want over-ear I know what kind of quality I'm getting into with my price range, and I'm ok with that. I was thinking about the sennheiser HD 419 (60$), but you guys got any better recommendations?
  10. hm, well 99% of the time you can find lower prices for anything except groceries online. with that tight of a budget you might have to order online anyways why do you hate it?
  11. my favorite food is mashed potatoes :3 I freaking love you guys. please, every one of you, keep making such awesome videos.
  12. my dad was installing a new heatsink, but the old one's thermal paste got crusted on. he somehow managed to rip the CPU out with the heatsink, bending a bunch of pins on the motherboard... he said he bent them all back properly with a pocket knife. my dad has lied to me before, this might be another, but if it did actually happen that's quite a feat.
  13. I really enjoyed this video, but as long as there are 2 or more computer videos for every other-stuff video as enjoyable as this is, I won't be complaining at all
