  1. I am happy to announce that I will be receiving help on this build from the Following companies. Maximum Ordinance Personal Computers will be providing all the Sleeved Cables and Extensions for the entire build Ultimate Personal Computers will be providing all the Sleeving Supplies to include their brand new Aegis Sleeve V1 Tech will be providing those amazing Fan Grills that you all have seen. They also might be providing additional acrylic pieces. Rocket Science will be providing the custom Black Copper Fittings and trust me their will be a lot of fittings for this build. Addon Customs will be providing the custom LEDs for the entire desk build. I am going with green LEDs to give the desk a soft green glow kind of like looking through night visions
  2. I am using sketchup to make the model and rendering it in Keyshot. I am still learning sketchup so it isn't the best design but it is a lot better than when I first started using sketchup about a month back.
  3. These designs are taking a lot longer than I thought. I also have been busy at work getting ready for my move to texas. Here is what I have so far
  4. yours would be pretty easy to transform it. Whatever happened with the competition you were in?
  5. Thanks the render is kicking my butt. I am trying to include all the wiring in the render which is becoming very time consuming
  6. Thank you my pleasure. The name of the build actually comes from an aviation unit in the army. The use chinooks, black hawks and little birds. Tell your family thank you for serving
  7. Well I got some awesome news. I will be receiving a little help on this project from an awesome company. Addon Customs will be providing all the custom lighting for the Desk build. I could be happier cause I can now getting the lighting exactly how I want it. Thank you guys for the support
  8. The first set of hand drawn dimensions The black rectangle in the middle is the corsair extended mouse pad. When I started thinking about this build I want to use it and I didn't want anything to be hidden by it. I have since changed my mind and I am not sure if I am going to even use that anymore. These are just rough ideas before I head over to the computer and start creating 3d models.
  9. the main hardware is getting translated from my current rig but custom painting of the armor and board are in the plans
  10. Intro: This is going to be my third major build. The first was a water cooled AMD powered machine in a 750D with a black and red theme. My second build carried the same theme of black and red into a 900D powered by a 4770k. Being my third build I wanted to pull out all the stops on this build. The build be a custom desk build. I love the crossdesk but the price and availability prevented me from going that route. So I decided that I would build the desk from scratch. Being in the military I decided I wanted to do a military theme build but not one with ACU or Multi-Cam pattern but one that was more focused on the special operations side of the house. Me personally am not in that community but I have a lot of respect for those that are.
