I did upgrade BIOS from 1.80 to 1.90 just to see if that helped but it didn't. And I might just wait for a Windows 10 clean install..

For a couple of days while I've been gaming my PC had some sort of freezing (Black screen, but still hear the sound from games) Sometimes everything freezes up and a push on the power button is the only solution. Some freezing is it managed to get true, but while the blackscreen and freezes I get Disconnected from games and when I'm back in the game the FPS drops.. CPUID HWMonitor showed that the graphics card was underclocking itself during gaming loads (underclocks like it should do when not gaming, but while gaming it's even more. Lowest were 588Mhz in game and 751 on desktop) and most of the times I've manage to close a game before a total crash the Nvidia drivers tell me "The graphics drivers stopped working but have restarted" Been doing clean installations of the drivers multiple times. I tried to take out the graphics card and tried gaming on the intel HD 4600 graphics. No hiccups. Put it back in, graphics card manage to underclock itself and go back to gaming clock.. (Like it used to do) Sort of. But still freezes and game crashes. Then I tried 3DMark and got this message after a crash. I think this is the reason the games and drivers are crashing. And the specs shows me that my i5 4670k is not turbo boosting? HWMonitor confirms the processor not boosting up. I've also managed to see that the 12V is sometimes 12,232, but drops to 11.9. is the whole system getting shocked? CPU is never over 50C under gaming load and around 31 in idle. GPU is 29C idle and never over 55C gaming. I want to belive it's my Corsar CX 750M that's failing and not anything else... I'm thankful for any suggestions or tips! And I still have warranty left so there is hope! Specs: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Intel i5 4670K Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) CL10 1600Mhz VENGEANCE LP MSI GeForce GTX 780 3GB OC

Are you the "tech support guy" in your family?

Yes, yes and yes! -
A simple way to fix it is to use another connection for you desktop monitor, DVI?

That's a great factor too!

Make sure everything is displayed right in Audio controller. Sometimes it might not be set as the standard audio.

1.1, Check if you see the screen appear in the "Screen resolution" settings. You'll probably need to enable it. It's not just gonna activate it self. And if it's not showing up, you probably need to enable your iGPU in Bios.

Is it overclocked anything? My 4670K is idling 40 degree C (Been on all day if that makes any sense..) But overclocked to just 4 Ghz 51C MAX under gaming. Have my fans set to really low to get everything sooo quiet as possible

Thanks for the heads up!

EDIT!: I was reading wrong, If you game one the middle on and not the other two it will not be any scaling problem. I've got 3 screens, one middle 1080p and two 1440x900. It's just that some games the screens will not update during the game. But that's just some games. Most games will not "effect" the other two monitors, so most of the time you could watch a stream inside a game  Just make sure you have a good graphics card, 3 screens take a bit more power to run then just one... But not that much

I could recommend the BenQ's 144hz XL2420TE
