it can handle two GTX 970 but they run at 8 lanes, this doesn't affect performance though

i turn CBR off and use quality 10 with 15000kb/s at 1080p 60fps, i think i might bump it to 20000 or even 25000 just for a bit more quality EDIT: this is with CPU encoding because it looks better
