  1. Youtube is an affront to the youtube community. The less the people I enjoy content of use that place, the better.
  2. You understand the Microsoft have way, way more money to throw into DX12 development and...More pointedly...Marketing than AMD and the Linux foundation combined - right?
  3. If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear - David Cameron
  4. Hmmm...Listening to TBs take on it, I'll actually be largely unaffected as I'm a Google Play Music subscriber which is bundled in with it. Cool. Cool Cool Cool.
  5. I completely get that, which is why I really think it's got to be about value for money. If they could persuade the movie studios to open up their back catalogue vaults, for example.
  6. That's essentially what it amounts to, but is that entirely a bad thing? Youtube has essentially become a hive of reactions channels and Minecraft streaming. Having people like Pewdiepie and jennamarbles behind pay walls might (might) encourage more original content creation.
  7. See....Here's the thing - if this is an all out attack on services like Hulu, Netflix et. al where like play music I get an all you can eat service that essentially lets me use youtube as a catch up service for all the content I watch, as well as watch films etc. - count me in. £6.50 a month for that? I'm good, I'll even consider dropping netflix if they can convince studios to stop being complete douchebags when it comes to licensing in the UK. But a £6.50 a month subscription to get advertisement free content from the likes of TB, Pew Die Pie and Epic Meal Time? Not so much. I couldn't even justify that to watch LTT.
  8. It's this simple. When companies start charging reasonably and employ a decent distribution model, I'll stop downloading my films. When companies like google stop invading every aspect of my time on the internet with getting me to buy crap I don't need, I'll stop looking for ways to not look at what they have to say. It really is that simple, and I don't care how often people like Linus bitch and whine, and try to guilt trip me into turning it off. I'm curious. What does Linus' crap taste like when you're tonguing his browneye?
  9. Are you high? Out of all the murder, mayhem and theft that goes on in GTA as a series, it's the fucking strip club you have a problem with the children seeing? Good grief, the depths of stupidity some people plummet to is astounding.
  10. ...What exactly do you think I mean by "enforced"?
  11. I...Honestly don't see the argument man; I have 2x AOC 27 inch monitors, both 60hz, and I don't perceive any blur.
  12. I think they should be enforced. Sorry, but I don't think kids should be playing games like BF4 and GTA V.
  13. I recently picked up 2xQ2770PQU monitors by AOC - Semi Glossy IPS Panels, and the colours on them are superb. I finally broke though, and after much deliberation got rid of my LG29EA93-P. Also IPS, but the fact that it was 1440p was starting to seriously get to me.
  14. I...Think perhaps you're being a touch hyperbolic. That's so funny I almost sharted. Please. Tell me more of this humour you speak of. /sarcasm
  15. For example? I'm curious what "day to day" stuff would benefit from a 144hz monitor.
