  1. it should be totally fine, on LGA sockets the CPU doesn't have pins so it isn't super delicate like @Cod3Monk3y said a bit of alcohol might help.
  2. Sat for an hour trying to figure out why a computer wouldn't POST. Proceeded to realize that 4-pin CPU connector was not plugged in. Rookie mistake lol
  3. My Echo never went off during the numerous Amazon commercials, I wonder what sort of witchcraft Amazon is doing for that to work. I am assuming some sort of specific audio cue that momentarily disables it.
  4. My personal opinion is that they will release another phone at the same size and price range. However the "Note" name is too tarnished for them to convince any consumer (let alone those caught up in the current debacle) to buy something with Note on the box. TL;DR they will release what the Note 8 is supposed to be under some new name
  5. Person 1:Hey can you google something for me. Person 2: Yeah sure, but to be clear am I googling it or googling it? Or do you want me to look for it on google. Person 1: Yeah thats fine you can just google it using google google. Person 2: Hey I saw you got a new google? How much horsegoogle does that thing have? Person 1: Well on the googleway it can reach about 110 googles per hour. Person 2: Dang thats so google!
  6. I don't actually know lol, most likely not
  7. Probably... but only if they catch you *wink* *wink*, but you didn't hear it from me.

  9. i figured, just wanted to get a few more opinions, thanks
  10. Hi Everyone, sorry to be a pain but I was wondering if anybody could help me better understand these results. Not sure if the drive is actually having problems or the program is exaggerating. I have no real idea what any of this stuff means for sure or if it is that severe, thanks a bunch Thanks again, sorry for being a noob about this stuff
  11. Mid 2012 Macbook Pro. Dual booted OSX and Win10. Connected to a 42" TV. It is a pretty under powered setup for the stuff I want to do. Unfortunately I can't afford anything else right now. TL;DR- Hell no

      I approve of this joke.

  14. Too good to be true?? Not sure if I can convince my dad on this one. LOL Edit: Post back here if it is good or a scam, thanks
  15. I bought my Windows 10 key from Kinguin, the only issue there is that it is going to be an OEM key meaning you cannot make any major changes to the hardware setup and Microsoft will not support your copy of Windows. Even at $20 ish a key, if I make any major changes I will just buy a new key still much better than the $120 Microsoft is charging.
  16. I want a keyboard because I only have one functioning USB keyboard in my house right now. lol
  17. I have no idea, Vessel is going to be getting a nice bit of change coming up soon though. Everybodys free trials are running out this month.
  18. I think that the cost of the Vive and Oculus could be a bit lower. But the issue for many people including me is the cost of the hardware, which seems to be he general consensus at this point in the life of VR.
  19. Yes I would like to order one happy meal... box. Like just the box. No food. Thank you.
  20. In my personal opinion the names and the version numbers just adds more confusion. It may work better or worse depending on the software and what features you are adding in the update.
  21. The battery on this device is beautifully, unapologetically... Small.
  22. Pull a Minecraft... inv-dev, inf-dev, alpha, beta, release. Make sure you have overlapping version numbers i.e. Beta 1.8 and release 1.8. I am just kidding do not do that it is horrible.
  23. Ben Heck made something like this using hall effect sensors and magnets on the keys. It seemed to work really well. interested to see something like this in a commercial product.
