AMD - R9 380, however atm Im looking for RX 470/480.
Thats the biggest tech vendor in our country that has best prices and bigest variety of products thats why moreover buying things from amazon or ebay or neweggs would be more reasonable however all the shipping fees and things cost really a lot and you might have some problems with RMA.
Agree with that Using LG at the moment and it is brilliant, too bad it has only VGA connection
Sir, you are the real here, sir many thanks!

Not very big but it is the only monitor with an IPS panel that fits in your budget.
And if you want good colors and decent images, IPS is the way to go

And afaik it matches most of the other requirements, you might check them yourself to be sure.

edit: hang on there are more of them, derp, never used the website before

I have that one! Love it  It has a bunch of ports so maybe something for you? It doesn't have a very flexible foot but it does have vesa mount support.

HDMI to VGA active adapters would also be much cheaper and smaller , these converters take power straight from the hdmi connector (there's 5v there) and a chip converts the digital signal to analogue.

Here's an example of such device : http://www.dx.com/p/hdmi-male-to-vga-female-3-5mm-audio-output-black-237083#.V5KJs3mx9hE

Note however that since sites like dx.com ship this device from China or Hong Kong, it may take weeks for such item to arrive to you, so it may make more sense to pay extra to buy something locally or from a site like Amazon.com

A displayport can easily adapt to vga with an adaptor here's a link to one on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-DisplayPort-Video-Adapter-Converter/dp/B003V4TV8O

Might find one cheaper though, I don't have time to dig right now.

If your graphics cards doesn't have DVI-I, then a DisplayPort to VGA adapter is the next preferable. It is less finicky and generally cheaper than a DVI-D or HDMI to VGA converter.

It's perfectly safe to do any overclocking provided you're cooling it properly and not pumping boatloads of voltage through it.

Ideally you should try to get another 8 GB DIMM of the same or similar product line as the original. Technically they only have to be the same capacity and run at the same settings, but another identical stick makes that easier to account for.

Better to get the 8 GB DIMM for 2x8 GB in dual-channel. 1x8 + 2x4 GB is still only valid for single channel mode. All installed DIMMs must have a matching pair for dual-channel.

Assuming your motherboard has 4 RAM slots. 2 of them would pair up in a channel. Which means you have 2 channels with 2 slots each.

If you already have a single 8GB stick inserted, you would have occupied one channel. The best course of action is to buy another same model 8GB stick and put it in the other channel. This would allow you to use both channels effectively.

If you buy another 2x 4GB, however you insert it you would still be unbalanced in terms of channel bandwidth usage.

Plus, if you buy another 8GB stick, you would still have 2 empty slots for future expansion/upgrade.

As long as the speed and latency numbers are the same, than generally it should work in dual channel.

Kind of depends on if the two 8GB sticks would be of the same kind. Mismatching ram, especially in a dual channel can be troublesome.

Planetary Annihilation. It's like a traditional RTS, except instead of a large single map for all players, each player gets several planets to build self replicating armies.
It's got a lot of depth. I highly recommend it.

I love complicated games, the more complex the better and this one is pretty damn extreme. It's like the devs wanted to make an RTS on steroids

Go for Dawn of War 2 master collection. Contains base, expansion, and then the standalone expansion where they all have separate campaigns. It also goes on sale during holidays if money is an issue.
