Sounds like a need for a real cpu. That one can barely handle an old kepler card.

Need the usage of everything in game. As in all the parts of the pc.
Also res and settings per game.

Wonder if the pads are messed up. They come for applied on those blocks right?

Pump speed should be on max.

Nope. Max voltage will never be an issue. Not sure what cards you seen that on. As the context is recent gpu’s.

Mick Naughty got a reaction from BTGbullseye in Question: Why aren't any manufactors selling.....
Then they have to ask for special procedures, handling, marketing, categorizing, packaging as well as sale/market expectation.

Dont wonna appeal to cheap people that much. Also helps resell. As I have less of a chance to sell a card later with no cooler or just a water block.

Makes zero sense for the amount of work.

Sorry for the crappy photo but this was the best I could do. Don’t have any micrometers.

They offer a mount for the pump that goes on a 120 fan. May be too tall though.

Temps will be the same at 2 360’s.
Though fan speed is the biggest factor along with flow.

Depends on the load of the cpu but 60 and 50 for the could should be expected.

Unless it’s just small benchmark tests and not realworld gaming for several hours.

Mick Naughty got a reaction from Lobstar in is it safe to use same thermal paste after CPU cooler was adjusted multiple times?
It’s completely safe and more often than not, you won’t be able to notice the difference.

    Its just not ideal.

Should be fine. The tasks aren’t that taxing to be an issue with that card.

No idea. I don’t use limited ram and I keep the igpu on all the time.
Sounds like a simple software issue.

Well use a real benchmark. Userbench doesn’t hit max clocks.

Run a unigine benchmark or something similar.
Check max clocks, gpu usage and temp.
The ensure they do the same during the game.
Verify cpu usage per core with and without the game running. Need to rule out if it’s a game issue or gpu issue.

    I use a 27” 1440 144hz 1ms acer and a
    24” 1080 240hz 1ms acer.

My games dont really benefit going bigger. Not something I can sit back on couch and enjoy.
1440 ultra wide is more you’re territory.

Just upgrade. If you’re budget is around 1660 stuff sli isn’t a real option.
Also don’t need the best cards to do it. Price wise a pair of 2080’s would be ideal. More than that cpu would handle.

Depends on the games you play really.
If they don’t need it, I wouldn’t spend it right now.
But when you are willing to try, go higher res or refresh. If you like it, which most do then get a better card if you feel like you want more.

Well you don’t have a choice really. The interface is called nvlink. Though on the mobo it will be called sli for now.
Dont think too much about it, in this term it’s the same.

Horrid pics but got the daily back together. Finally put the ram back in the loop and swapped the 1080 for a 1060 once I found one that used the same block.

Wouldn’t be ideal. Seems like a better case and mobo would be work.

Cant really say if they are gonna actually thermal throttle. Prolly would run around stock clocks. Depends on your fan profiles as well.

Assuming you have a cpu and a game that could even allow the gpus to hit 100% usage.

Mick Naughty got a reaction from Tristerin in 3 Rad Set-Up
Well the point of adding more radiators is to lessen the fan speeds.
But given that case and the limitations, could spend some time changing orientations of the fans.
