  1. Ya, he already has it set up in a test bench for me go see when I come look at it. And I want to keep the rest of it under $200 if at all possible. As of now, I was thinking about a hyper 212 evo for the CPU cooler, the rosewill armor-evo for a case, and then am open to options for a PSU

    the hyper 212 evo is an extremly good cooler when it comes to its price and performance

     

    for the psu i would recomend a gold rated 600 - 750 watt psu

    Not sure why you would need 60 fps in CSGO, but hell what do I know? Most gaming laptops are going to be well over 1000 USD, and 1000 AU would be equivalent to about 770 USD, so it's going to be hard finding an actual gaming laptop that isn't horrible with that small of a budget. Why not just go with something that has a mediocre graphics card (not on-board), and I'm sure you'll be find, as CSGO isn't an intensively graphic game.
