    Problem Solved. Did a clean uninstall using AMD's uninstall utility and reinstalled. So far, no artifacts.

    Alright so I bought the Sapphire Vapor-X R9 270X. Started artifacting FFXIV: ARR at random moments. Never artifacted on any other game, not even BF4 Ultra settings running Mantle. Temps don't go over 51 degrees. Graphics driver is running catalyst 14.4, the current one as of this post. Is there something wrong with the graphics card or is it the game? OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit System Specs: PSU: Antec High Current Pro HCP-850 850W Graphics Card: Sapphire Vapor-X R9 270X CPU: Intel i7 2600 Motherboard: ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z/GEN3 RAM: 3 sticks of 4G Venegeance SDRAM DDR3 1600. 1 stick of 2G memory from an all-in-one pc. Bios is updated. Video of the artifacting here:
