Those are a bit questionable...but I would go for the 1st ad over the 2nd ad.
Corsair uses a different pin layout than EVGA, so I don't know why the 2nd ad says "EVGA SilverStone CoolerMaster SeaSonic Corsair"

The G2 650W should have two PCIe cables included, each with two PCIe connectors. Are you sure you don't have them?

I own a EVGA G2 650W myself.
It *should* have 2x cables where it 8-pin to the PSU end, and 6+2 and 6 - pin to the GPU end.
If you lost the second cable, then you would want to get a replacement.
The PCI-E power cables from my G3 and P2 are not thin like on the eBay ad.
They should be thicker and sleeved.
From what I can find, that thin EVGA branded PCI-E cable belongs to EVGA GQ model PSUs.
You DO NOT want to use GQ cables on G2 / G3 / G5 / P2 / T2 power supply.
The proper cable should look like one of these:

Yep. That's definitely what's supposed to happen. I was honestly surprised by the temps that you wrote before.

igetaroundd reacted to MrDrWho13 in How much ram does a phone need?
2GB minimum for most apps these days. 3-4GB if you want your phone to last a couple of years or more.
Less for iPhones because they're better optimised.

Would you trust your PC with a PSU named "EVGA?" The EVGA G2 and P2 are based on Super Flower's Leadex Gold and Leadex Platinum.

Don't buy the cheapest PSU, don't buy a shitty PSU, ever.
Worst thing that could happen: Your Computer catches fire and burns your house down.
What is likely going to happen: The PSU is going to kill it self, maybe killing components in the process or prematurely kill components.
Wattage is not the problem, he could easily run his computer overclocked off a good 400W PSU.

They're pretty much neck and neck performance wise, in some games the 1060 will push more fps, and in some games the 480 will

Probably a thick layer, with possible air gaps in between. Clean it ALL off, and start from scratch. (clean both cooler and CPU)

PSU quality. That thing would literally have its components explode, and probably take other components with it.

I have a Intel i5-4590, a Corsair 8GB RAM and a ASUS H81 Motherboard Lying around and thought I'll making a Gaming PC out of it by adding a RX 460 to it.
I need a Power Supply and thought of using a small 450W PSU which isn't really rated since I don't need to connect the RX 460 with additional Power.
Example : http://www.ebay.in/itm/Zebronics-ZEB450W-DSATA-Economy-Series-Desktop-Power-Supply-SMPS-with-Warranty-/201468682827?hash=item2ee878224b:g:79AAAOSwlV9WSyPA
Will it be a very Bad Idea or Will it work fine
