  1. I've already tested the CPU and basically know its the GPU but I want to see if maybe there is a fix before replacing it.
  2. Lately my games have been crashing and I'm 99% sure it's my graphics card. I think it is when the card ramps up on the MHz is when it crashes. I've tried under clocking it threw MSI Afterburner. But I don't know if i'm doing it right. I know it's the opposite of overclocking but I still don't know if it's right. I've tested all different parts to see if that is even the problem, however I can't test the card alone cause it's water cooled. And I don't wanna have to drain my loop. Here are a few details I can describe: When I play a game like Civ 5 or CS:GO it loads into the game for a few seconds then crashes When I play Wow it only crashes sometimes though. I can play for hours sometimes and it won't happen once. But sometimes I'll happen 5 times in 3 minutes. It almost looks like random polygons around the world are turning black then it crashes Here are a few things I've tried: Cleared C-MOS Changed operating systems/different ssds: I was on Windows 10, threw in 8.1 just to test but no luck Changed all parts Thanks in advance if you have a suggestion! PS: Sorry if hard to understand been up all night troubleshooting
  3. Alright... Thanks for the advice. Not to mad cause I got them really cheap probably going to upgrade now lol. *(**** you Kingston! You pirates!)*
  4. Lol just realized I never checked for firmware since I've had these. These are my results without firmware Going to retry with new firmware.
  5. Yea but I got them under like 40 per gig. So good performance for cheap.
  6. So after months of being in shambles. I finally got all the parts to finish my build so I can show it off today. Specification: Intel I7 3770k @ 4.7ghz AsRock Z77 WS Crucial Ballistix Tracer 4x4] Nvidia GTX 770 4gb sli LSI 8211-8i raid card Kingston V300 120gb x4 EVGA 750w 80+ Gold Corsair 760t Watercooling Parts: EK Waterblock 360 Top mount EK rad 280 Front mount Alphacool rad Alphacool vpp655 pump Frozenq Helix Res Primochill UV Pearl Purple Tubing Koolance nx680 Waterblocks Swifttek male to male G1/4 bridge So! This is my first full custom water cooled PC, so if you have any tips and tricks please go ahead and tell. Wanted to get that out the way and now on with with explanations! So on with the immediate changes, I plan on changing the LEDs to cold cathodes because the LEDs are not bright enough and the tubing doesn't react very much. One thing actually that is troubling... The res has a slight leak but I think I have fixed it with ultra glue and some black tap. Not to noticeable even close up. I haven't decided if I want to drain my loop and RMA it yet. Actually what I think is the best part of the build is the cable management in the back. In other revisions of my build I would just shove everything back there and not care about the giant bulge. This time I took some time and zipped tied everything and a very pleasing result. Overall though I'm glad I'm done and don't plan to change any major parts for awhile. I was getting 90-100 fps on Battlefield 4 at ultra preset with a 1440p monitor. However I don't know if this is due to the map I was playing (Only played one match so far). Anyways thanks for paying attention to my build! I love looking at other peoples builds and hopefully you feel the same way. Btw what would be a cool name for the build I didn't really think of one. I was thinking of Royal PC. 1). My name being KingVicuus. 2). Best and most powerful within my household. 3). Sounds BA.
  7. Hmm ok. Only thing is I just was loading it on another motherboard the other day perfectly fine. Alright thanks for the response, I'll give it a shot later.
  8. It's not for the login screen it's for the install. I've left it for 10 minutes but I'll try it longer.
  9. I am trying to msi install Windows 7 but when I let it load it doesn't get past the Windows logo and just goes black. Any suggestions would be appreciated. System specs: Motherboard: msi 990 fxa-ga80-2 Processor: amd fx 8350 Graphics card: pny gtx 770 4gb (x2) Memory: mushkin silverline 8gb (4x2) Note: I have tried 1440p 1080p and 1600x900 monitors. And 2 different usb drives with Windows 7. I'll get a video up later of what I'm taking about for reference.
