The issue with the ASUS software is probably a broken install. Try re-installing it from their website. 
 
The memory issue might be caused by something eating up all of your RAM. Try restarting your PC. If that doesn't work, then take a screenshot of your memory usage/info and post it here.

Yeah, I went for the z790 version of the same board to make it a bit more safe.
I also have the Windows installed on one of the ssds. (It's on the older sata ssd, which isn't great, but I can always try to upgrade to an m.2 down the line)
Another change I did was instead of going with the Gaming X Trio I swapped to an Eagle OC. Not sure how much do I lose with this swap, but it helped a lot with being able to allocate the extra cash on the motherboard, cooler and 3600 ram 

Yeah, probably nonsense! I mean, it's not CL16 but I can get Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3600MHz CL18 for literally the same price 

Looks like a good build to me.
I would maybe go for some DDR4 3600 (cl18 or lower) RAM rather than 3200 if its not too much more expensive
If a bigger CPU cooler will fit in your case then that might be worth going for, the 13600k runs hot (they boost up to 181w) so a twin tower CPU cooler is usually a good idea e.g. Noctua NH-D15, Be quiet dark rock pro 4, or deepcool AK620 are some of the most popular options, the noctua NH-D15 is the best but also the largest and most expensive of the three. bigger fans can generally run at lower RPM with the same cooling performance so something with 120mm or 140mm fans will be quieter that the 92mm fan on the NH-U9s

Says on their website that it supports up to 5333 so i'd be very surprised if you had any issues running 3600

Definitely not. You should've said that before. In that case you don't want a headset but a headphone. 
I'd say the audio technical ATH-500X or if you can stretch it, the 700X.

Hi guys, so bellow are my pc specs. I've been messing with obs settings, codecs, bitrates, etc. etc. and I wanna know if I can stream at 1080p60 and If yes, what bitrate should I go for? 
I don't know if it helps but for recording I use NVENC H.264 with 25k bitrateand it runs smoothly. Also my internet connection is fine! I tried streaming at 1080p60 slower games like Duel Links and it works like a charm, but when it comes to games like fortnite I'm not sure.

You're already bridging a private address, using NAT for an IP address that's already a private address is quite pointless.

Hey, Sennheiser HD 439 user here. Completely happy. Powerful but not boomy bass, nice very balanced frequency response. Nice for almost all kinds of music.
 
I cannot speak about the HD 429 though. They seem different sounding. May be a good idea to get the Superlux, but mind that those are open headphones. It will get you better positional audio and if sound leak isn't a problem for you, it will be great

If not, go the Sennheiser's around the $50 point. They are good.

I think the G230 wins in both cases. It's also an Over-Ear design, which is generally more comfortable.

I'm in a similar situation as you. I've got only 4 subs. and and most views I had on my channel was 44 views and that was it. I never stopped and never will. It's the fact there are SO many other YouTubers who Millions of Subs and views, it hard for us to get anywhere. Also the Quality of the Videos, I have the PC, it can do all the gaming and the editing. I've got my trusty iPhone that i use to record myself then i take the footage and edit in the video.
 
I just don't know what to, other than Team up and make a video.

A AMD CPU would require 8 pedals to go at 8 cycles per second
 
 While a Intel CPU needs 4 pedals to get 8 cycles per second.
 
So the Intel chip has more efficient cores  and thus more powerful compared to AMD's weaker cores.

Why didn't you say Intel only and any other preference in the OP. It would be hard to get a good build on the Intel side with €1000 but you can play around and see how you do.
