    The 30,000 mile 1964 JetStar has finally been started, we were waiting on the title. Needed a coil and some points, carb looks pretty boned so we ran it off brake cleaner (our stuff is heptane I think) for a couple minutes to make sure it was hitting on all 8 cylinders and despite the poor fueling it ran pretty good, fairly smooth. Blew a whole lot of rust and carbon from the tailpipe and smoked pretty bad but cleared up. Should be nice to see this thing actually run with a good carb on it!

    Latest acquisition. Having had this for a month now, I am absolutely over the moon with it, such a good looking and solid feeling watch. I have been wearing this almost daily and the lume is just good enough for me to charge it before going to sleep and still see the time if I wake up during the night (obviously it gets pretty dim, but it's still visible enough for me). I genuinely love it!

    M140i will be going soon. With s second little one on the way it's time to up-size. Currently leaning towards an M340i touring.

    We used to do custom exhausts. Pipe bending, 2 to 1s, all that shit at my old work.
     
    There is a reason why my PC uses soft tubing for its WC loop.

    Any fellow S197 or mustangs in general time trials/w2w/HPDE drivers in here?! Just put down a new personal best at Buttonwillow (Southern California track) Sunday, as did all of drivers in my time trials group. Temp was mid 40’s so the cars were making great power, and tires didn’t scrub out at all.
