I'll wait patiently sitting in a comfortable chair for that to be released and actually hold true to what is being said and announced. Not usually the case with Tesla. Innovation, pfft. Openness to take your money and make false promises. And also open to racial discrimination. Innovation that excites. https://www.protocol.com/workplace/tesla-fremont-racism-discrimination Environmental responsibility, yeah, right. https://www.telesurenglish.net/news/elon-musk-confesses-to-lithium-coup-in-bolivia-20200725-0010.html https://catapa.be/en/lithium-exploitation-is-drying-out-the-worlds-driest-desert/

Ok, so Tesla's "computers" are using better hardware (let me just say that it is nonexistant, Tesla isn't pulling hardware better than what's available out of their asses) than what a high end PC would have? I will press X for doubt on that one, with pleasure, and multiple times. Also I love how Tesla """""fans""""" just plain and simply deny logic. You sure need an auto driving car (but not a Tesla) because without them you won't go very far.

Probably invest some and spend the rest on car stuff.

Welcome to the forums! Honestly, you don't need to go balls to the walls on your first build. But that's your choice. Here's my suggestion: If you're only gaming and possibly streaming, you could save some money on the CPU and on the motherboard. Since it's your first build and you're getting started, I don't see any need for an X570, plenty of features you probably wouldn't need and would be paying for. Case is personal taste so I'll leave it as is. (also added the "cheapest" 3080 Ti just for price reference on the rest of the build) https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mvxmnL I left the SSD and PSU (not the P3, but the P2 one) you chose because I haven't kept up with that side of things. If you still think you should go for the top of the line stuff, by all means, go ahead, but you'll be spending money for the sake of spending money. When I built my first one I also had close to no experience, but I watched plenty of videos on how to build a computer (glorious 2014 videos) and honestly, it's not rocket science and if you watch a video and pay close attention, you should be ok. I was on a much stricter budget tho, so I wasn't playing around with top of the line components that would set me back a lot of money if I were to fuck it up but I also wasn't in a position that I could replace anything if that were to happen. Also, use PCPartPicker.com, helps a ton.
