This is also using a fresh install of windows onto a 840 pro ssd

For some reason I can not make any image of the computer. After I press start it gets up to copying EFI then it just say error. I am trying to back it up onto a hard drive. I have tried multiple drives and still the same thing. I get errors. Any help would be appreciated
