One D5 is good for up to about 4 water blocks.

RADs don't cause much strain on the pump at all, so you don't have to worry so much.
 
Any reason for all that RAD for just 3 blocks? Get rid of the 120, because I am assuming you are mounting it to the rear exhaust of the case, and that is a PITA to have a RAD unless it's totally necessary.

Yes you will have to drain your loop.
 
You can use QDC's but it will take a fair bit of planning of where to put them. I personally think they are a waste of time. It is very easy to drain a loop, and the more times you do it, the more confident of a watercooler you will be.

My only concern is your flow? That is a lot of up-hill that the pump has to push, as well as though QDCs. What sort of L/PM are you getting?

How long is a piece of string? Depends on the RAD you are using.
 
For 120mm I have used Skythe Gentle Typhoon 1850rpms, although they have been discontinued, so I hear.

Noiseblocker e-loops are also meant to be rated highly.

Most fans with LED's are not optimised for RADs, so get a good LED strip and chuck that in your case - at least you can unplug it and chuck it out when you grow up   
 
I wouldn't touch the corsair fans with a 120mm stick, but some people seem to like them (I def don't like em' enough to pay AU$22 each)
