ValorZero's Achievements

  1. Woop. I'd say the keyboard looks pretty sweet. I'm rocking a Blues switch but I think Browns would also be nice -- people in my room can't stand with the clackyness of my Blues keyboard.
  2. I'd say the Selective Focus is pretty darn nice. No more faffing around with where you want to focus because it'll allow you to select where you want to focus without worrying about the precision too much.
  3. No shame in singing. Unless you know that you can't pitch in tune properly, and you know that well. Really to be honest, just sing when no one is listening unless you want to share the joy of singing. I can relate with taking stuff apart. It's usually that, but rarely the reverse process of putting back the parts together, because it's not an easy thing to do if you don't document your steps. I don't study linguistics and language and I know very well that I suck at it. Makes communicating with people pretty hard because it's hard to formulate what to say verbally from my mind with good accuracy. Constructing languages is out of my scope of imagination though.
  4. Nice! What instrument do you play? I am in a symphonic band though, but I play the Euphonium and used to play the Tuba. What kind of Physics? Quantum, electrical or mechanical (studying on forces and so forth)? Ah yes, how good are your YTPs? I'm intrigued to see them.
  5. Nice, too bad I live in a small area with high population density and live near the equator so it's usually that hot all year round. Anyway, ever considered selling some of your produce before?
  6. Cyka blyat, yes? History is pretty important, eh? What time period are you most interested in? Yard work must be pretty exhausting, eh? To be honest, I need to be more active outside and do something more productive, but the thing is i'm suffering from a bit of a eczema that likes to trigger when I am exposed to the sun, too bad too sad.
  7. What kind of programming do you do? C++, or some other scripting language I don't know of yet?
  8. I could see that, you have the means to spend on such a nice rig. I'm still am working towards my goal of being a chemist who enjoys himself in life I guess.
  9. Why do you think you are a failure? Don't fret, we all feel we are failures sometimes for some reason. Whee, definitely. Always in the mood for something. Ehahahah, snarky, aren't you.
  10. Who knows? Maybe some people spend their time buying old computer parts and building them for recreational use. I guess it's safe to say 99% of the people here drool over hardware we all cannot afford.
  11. Nordic Skiing sounds scary because your feet cannot be attached to the ski and you'll just fall easily. But the same could be said for skiing for beginners in general, most probably.
  12. Coming from somebody who lives near the Equator and have very little land space, I'd say it sounds exciting and a bit saddening for me. Oh well.
  13. You do enjoy your college work, eh? As for overclocking, I don't find it that enjoyable to do in my free time because it's basically a very tedious process of guessing and checking inhibited by long stress testing durations, although from the existence of world record overclocks I do guess some people take it as a serious hobby.
  14. Cool, how is it like to design things? Do you use CAD or do it the old-fashioned way (which is most likely not the case here)? I find 3D modelling a pain in the butt to learn, especially with Blender. Pretty steep learning curve, if you do use Blender.
