250D goes more than 95mm. I measured. I just dont know what is it up to
  2. Is this a lie? http://home.comcast.net/~snmavronis/250d150mm.jpg I read that it was 95mm and when i measured it, it was about 5 inches (12cm)
  3. From what i am reading, it says the height is 160mm http://gyazo.com/61425cfab5c6254685b2f939b9362ab2 and the other one is 134 with a 92mm fan. If i were to replace that fan, which fan would be a great fan http://gyazo.com/9dc62742d09bf3bfbb4ab941a56a8aa2
  4. I recently got an i5-4690k and an msi z97i ac motherboard and the i5 did not come with a cooler so this is my chance to get a better cooler than the stock. I read that the Corsair 250D has a 140ish or lower height clearance. I was planning to get on one of these three: Noctua NH-C14, Noctua NH-C12, or Noctua L-12 but it turns out that the motherboard that I got isn't compatible with any of the three because it will block the the PCI-e slot. So now I don't know what to get. I would rather stick to air coolers than to water cool. My other choice is to trade my motherboard to a compatible one but then again, it would cost me (I bought the mobo second hand so it doesnt have a recipt or whatever to trade it in to a store), or I would have to find someone that is willing to trade and I already have. No luck. What other great coolers are there that i should get?
  5. So AMD gave you a free board, Tell me how you email them or request something
  6. Did you know that it was already 2.10 or you just thougth it would work becuase its the same socket and other stuff
  7. Ughh I cant wait to use my i7-4790k especially from having a not so fast one (AMD Athlon x4 750k). Thanks for the help
  8. What if they are exactly new shipping? Is there a way to know if it is updated?
  9. I did not research or anything but wouldn't it make sense that the LGA1150 motherboards from a store would be updated to the bios where you can use intel's devil's canyon CPUs? Maybe like a new Rev [ex. Gigabye GA-z87n-WIFI (Rev 2.0)] I am probably wrong
