I found a solution. Geforce experience has to be open at all times (minimized). Kinda strange if you ask me.

Hello users of linustechtips, I own a Dell XPS L702x. I have it for about 3-4 years now. But I had to re-install windows (replace HDD) due to Hard drive failure. After I reinstalled windows everything seemed work fine. I installed stuff like Google Chrome, steam etc. I also had to install a driver for my GPU (GT 555M). So I installed the latest NVIDIA driver (v. 352.86) and Geforce Experience also came with it. After I installed the driver my laptop fan started to act a little odd. My laptop fan kept turning on and off. On for 5 seconds then off for 5 seconds etc. Strangely, my fan could only spin without stopping when I played games such as Garry's mod, Skyrim or CS:GO. My laptop keeps overheating when I'm doing regular stuff such as surfing on the web or playing games similar to Super Hexagon, Binding of Isaac or Osu. NOTE: This didn't happen before I installed the NVIDIA driver and Geforce Experience. Any help will be appreciated.

A GTX 970 and I5 4690k costs way to much money for me. Should I get a I5 4460 and MSI GTX 970 or I5 4690k and MSI GTX 970? I'm going to play games like Skyrim with ENB's and other graphical mods. Planetside 2, War Thunder, CS:GO, ARMA 2 & 3 and maybe also Battlefield 4 and Hardline in the future.

I don't know how to make macro's with the Corsair gaming mouse software. I want to be able to hold a button and rapidly shoot without having to keep pressing LMB to shoot. Any tutorial?

I've been playing CS:GO lately, and I've been told to get a new mouse. I have a Microsoft Comfort Mouse 6000 now. I also need a new pair of headphones because one of my ears don't work unless I put the cable in a position so that it will work. What do you think? Should I get a mouse or a headset first?

I'm not going to overclock and the i5 4690 is 30 euros cheaper than the i5 4690k.
