So a couple days ago, my PC just started crashing heaps out of nowhere, usually this is because of dust so I opened it up cleaned it and all that. Went to plug everything back in and I get 'No Signal Detected' when using HDMI and I have tried VGA get the same thing. So I am using my on board graphics thing in my CPU just so I can use my computer at all. But I fixed me crashing just by cleaning, but now I have the issue with the display. Also occasionally my screen will go a bunch of different colours then just turn off and I am just lost with that. After that first time it happened I couldn't even get it to post but I just came back 10 minutes later and it worked. Overall so much shit is happening and I am just so lost with everything and not sure where to start really. I have had my PC for a good 3 years now with everyday use so I feel like something is bound to be wrong hardware wise. Posted my specs below. Gday all, a mates bought all new parts except a EVGA GTX 760 acx which he is just swapping from old PC. Does all this work? Besides the RAM I know he didnt think about that at all

I was having some issues with the white icons aswell, and sometimes my desktop would just not work but everything else work fine. debating going back to windows 7 now

Cheers for the quick replies, but I fixed it by selecting the 'Set Defaults by App' button below, then just selecting chrome, vlc etc.

Gday everyone, just decided to upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10 pro. Spent the first hour googling basic stuff aha, well I got chrome and went to set it as default program and it just does not want to select what I want. see this gif. https://gyazo.com/a5411a57888cc159a15daafb9a658a86

I've allowed it through the firewall, stays down at 500KB/s. I just wish somebody that has downloaded it through would upload a torrent or something, or a screenshot so i could download it through steam and transfer it. I wish i spend the extra $13 dollars now..

Hello everyone, i pre-ordered GTA V through G2A.com, which gave me the key for social club. So i have to download it through social club and i cant get above 1.3mbs, and if it does get that high, it just drops down to like 500kbs. I am able to go onto my mates steam account and download gta V through there at 4mbs. I was thinking would it be possible, if somebody with the social club version downloaded posted a picture of whats inside the gta 5 folder, i could convert it from a steam to a social club version by hopefully removing some files?? just lemme know if this is a dumb idea and wouldnt work. Hey forums, not sure if this is in the right forum section but its related to cpu's so oh well. I have heard a few youtubers say that games like Arma 2 OA and Arma 3 are way more CPU intensive then GPU intensive. I just wanted to know if this was true or not cause it could change what im spending around $800 on. Again sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forums,

Hello forums, im having some trouble with geforce experience as you can tell by the title, every time i open it, it checks for updates, and it never stops checking, i wanted to use shadowplay but i cant, personally i think it should be a separate application, if anyone knows how to fix it, that would be great but any help would be appreciated.
