  1. I usually wake up on saturday to a fresh episode of the wan show. Starting last week it started being listed in the middle of the day. Had to resort to the twitch stream. Was it just a fluke?
  2. Why did they suddenly start listing videos later in the day? It's really throwing me off.
  3. I have two GTX 780s, but a friend of mine wants to build a new PC with which I can help.
  4. I would love to see a similar video with more multitasking. Perhaps not ridiculous multitasking like streaming, rendering, and playing a game at once (because people who do this obviously know they need more cores) but perhaps like playing a game, and watching a movie on 2nd monitor while downloading another game on steam. I really hope Intel start doing 6-core CPUs for their i5s, or at least their highest end i5s on skylake or at least its successor.
  5. Username: rinslime https://www.vessel.com/videos/G-DUjgUyY https://www.vessel.com/videos/JemZ8O7Hy Love how there's no traffic congestion and therefore a ton of lag/buffering like on youtube. I click anywhere in a video and it takes a quarter of a second delay before it continues playing flawlessly.
  6. Don't like it. The music is eh, the general feel of it is so different. The older one was better. Worst of all it just feels too long. It might possibly work if you guys removed the initial 3 seconds with the cube and went straight to the main part. Still, the old one was better. Short and to the point. This one feels long, drawn out, and honestly, I don't think any of the more hardcore tech enthusiast people care about flashy intros like this. It looks like LTT is trying to aim at attracing more casual viewers to subscribe. This intro is far more suited for something like techquickie.
  7. Absolutely not. They should continue the 64 bit versions that support 32 bit applications. People who demand a 32bit OS have plenty of great choices like Windows 7 that are not going to be obsolete anytime soon. The only way people will start moving forward is if they slowly grow less dependant on older technology.
  8. Is it just me or did Linus seem very not-happy to be at the Corsair booth... Just no real enthusiasm or energy throughout the whole video.
  9. Wow lucky me. I went to PAX and all they had was some LoL crap. I should have gone to CES instead.
  10. THIS!! Linus you better add some annotations to the video before people start thinking it's OK to do that.
  11. I would like to see a review. Might even inspire me to add more ram if it's really worth it
  12. I think it would be entertaining to see some of these every once in a while, but not too often as surely some people will complain "OH MY GOD HE'S SPENDING HIS OWN STUDIO'S MONEY TO MAKE A VIDEO HE WANTS TO MAKE"
  13. I don't think this kind of video is relevant to the vast majority of people, but I don't think that's a valid reason in itself to not make them. There are some people who are interested in them, and it adds value to the channel as a whole to have them.
