Was so very close to buying a 1660 super this past week as small 2020 budget upgrade & dumping my old ass GPU which is now the most oldest thing on my PC. but bailed mainly because of the reason that there might be a new march release announcement/rumor. plus i figured even if i did manage to buy it the time i'd be spending with it would be very less for the next few months, almost close to having not game at all for now. so a win-lose or a lose twice situation. i dunno depends on how good the upcoming GPU is gonna be.

i dunno , skipping over an early bad decision seems like a good thing. if the ampere rumors stick (30-70% rumored bump). i mean when i thought it through, it kinda made sense in a way, buy something impulsively for now & in about 30-40 days gap seeing a better newer card announce which is 30% extra with added price cuts. it would seem like a fail if you settle for something less now.
