    Here I am sitting here with palms that never sweat.
     
    They have awesome advantages but really weird drawbacks.
     
    My inability to sweat through palms makes them really dry giving me callous palms. Heck I even lotion my hands. *NoShameNoHomo
     
    Yet I still have quite the callous palms.

    My hands get annoyingly sweaty while playing an intense game of rocket league. Try power dry deodorant. its the only thing that keeps my pits from releasing Niagara Falls

    your body experiences the same "chemical" steps when playing an intensive game as when you are in a dangerous situation.
    basicly, your heart rate goes up, pumping more oxygen to the important areas (brain, and muscles that finely control the fingers)
    your body works harder, meaning it produces more heat, causing you to sweat.

    It also happens to me very often. On a normal basis I already have sweaty palms, so when im playing it just makes it a lot worse. Once a week I have to clean off the dried up sweat on my mouse.
     
    Also my heartbeat will rise in clutch situations and I will not be able to play the next round.

    Probably cause you're getting too involved with the game.  As mentioned above, you get nervous, adrenaline, etc.
     
    You should train yourself to be cool as a cucumber while gaming.  I was playing CS1.6 daily for hours per day and a life lesson I learned from the game is that calm under pressure is far superior to twitching or flinching and playing more poorly.
