  1. In general it's said to flush your system out every 6 months to 1 year, doesn't matter what fluid you're using. Some people are more conservative and do it more often some people wait longer, like myself. For coloring I'd rather use colored tubing vs colored liquid. Pumps are always usually at the bottom but you can use like a Y or T-splitter in your line somewhere to help drain. My res has 3 outlet ports on the bottom which one is plugged, one goes into my pump, and the last one is fitted with a quick disconnect for me to plug in the other end and drain. Distilled water should be available at most big-box supermarkets but I don't know where you live except not in America so I'm unsure if you can get it.
  2. Fluid seems okay, just hard to guess how much you'll need. I believe for my rig I used about 1 gallon or maybe more (Also remember to rinse out your parts with the coolant). It's been said to clean your loop out every 6 months to 1 year. Remember to make sure you set up your loop with the ability to drain it from the bottom of the loop so gravity does most of the work for you. That's why I like using distilled water, it's relatively cheap and available and with a kill coil you rarely need to replace it.
  3. I believe Alphacool has something similar to the TBalancer that is more user friendly called the Heatmaster II.

    CSS VS CS:GO

    1.3 > 1.5 > 1.6 > CS:S/CZ > CS:GO. Not sure I used the > properly but left to right = best to worse.
  5. Supermarket distilled + silver kill coil works wonders. I haven't cleaned my loop for...almost a year now and it's still going strong. If you use additives, you don't need a silver kill coil but not sure it will help or hurt using both.
  6. I currently use 2. One for work and one for play, eg working while playing a movie. Would like 3 but it might be excessive for what I need it for.
  7. You can check Deviant Art, hdwallpapers.in, Interface Lift, Vlad Studio, and Digital Blasphemy.
  8. Depends on what's wireless and what kind of system it's using such as IR, BT, etc. Console controllers are awesome wireless, mice...not too much (unless the tech's gone better to make them better than wired ones, but IDC lol). Headphones, I dunno. Never used one.
  9. Got XCOM: Enemy Unknown from the Steam Summer Sale; It's awesome.
  10. Giveaway 1 - 51 Giveaway 3 - The first toilet that was ever seen on TV was on "Leave It To Beaver." Also Coca-Cola was originally green and not brown (yum).
  11. If it's your first loop I'd recommend regular tubing b/c it's easier to use. If you are willing to take your time and go balls to the wall then get acrylic. Regular is cheaper versus acrylic but acrylic looks better if you have your tubing route planned out. etc etc.
  12. Supposed better cooling plus unlocked voltage with some sort of limiter to allow you to OC more effectively. All hearsay until it's released.
  13. 7970 is about the same as the 770 performance wise. 770 uses less power, is quieter, and makes less heat. 7970 GHz Edition performs slightly better than the 770. Personally I would rather have the current gen card with the same performance of a later gen card since the tech is better (hence the less heat, etc). If you plan to SLi/Xfire then the 770 is better. Also Radeon cards are slightly cheaper at the moment I think so if cost is a determining factor...Radeon. Though if you can afford it, I say shoot for a 780. This is considering stock performance; if you want to overclock then the game changes.
  14. I have to disagree. Just my opinion but depending on what you're doing, speed and latency can come into play. Is there a specific motherboard you're looking at or currently using? I've used Corsair Vengeance and Kingston HyperX and would recommend those but if you're looking for something along the lines of something more "cost effective," I've heard decent things about G-Skill but have no personal experience.
  15. Get a 780 and sell your 7970 IMO.
  16. 8/7/2013 according to Tom's Hardware...might as well wait it out and see if all the rumors are correct about the card being voltage unlocked with redudancies etc etc. If you're ballin' then get any 770 (I'm preferential to EVGA and ASUS) and when the 780 Lightning arrives, donate the 770 to me. :) http://www.tomshardware.com/news/GTX-780-Lightning-MSI,23468.html
  17. If you're gunna buy in October, wait til October.
