  1. it's a spot on the side of the res it's greenish and a little cloudy around the area dark in the middle. I flushed them 3 or 4 times each with hot water
  2. I just put together my first loop a few months ago and used EK coolant which says it contains biological inhibitors however when i was cleaning out my PC today i noticed what appeared to be algae growth in my resicour. How can i clean this out and what should i do in the future to prevent this from happening? thanks.
  3. Well one of my dominator plats crapped out on me so I got ahold of some klevv genuine. Sitting pretty at 2133 mhz
  4. I'll play with it more tomorrow I guess but I actually took the cpu block off of the cpu still attached to the loop and spun it and shook jt about with the loop running so idk how it could still be housing an air bubble
  5. Just ran Aida temp jumped to 89. It only does it on the last 2 portions of the test. And it does it extremely quick
  6. Okay I switched the plumbing the correct way today. Still getting temps of 75 ish when playing gtaV. Still seems way too warm to me
  7. That's what i get for tossing the directions as soon as i took it out of the box...Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
  8. Here's what it looks like. Is the orientation of the res/pump and/or the way the loop is routed could have anything to do with it?
  9. Been playing with it. I had a couple small burps but the water level is basically the same as it was.
  10. yea, a couple times. I'll give it another go i suppose and maybe just let it sit with the cap off for a while
  11. it's the ek supremecy mx. idle temps under 40c but watching youtube and checking forums HWmonitor says i have spikes up to 56c
  12. Just finished my first custom loop. I have dual 240mm rads cooling a 4770k and a titan x. (4770k @ 4ghz 1.25v titan x + 200 core) the gpu runs nice and cool under load never getting over 56 c...however my CPU is jumping around i just ran aida 64 and 2 cores reached 93c. I have re-applied the TIM and evacuated as much air from the loop as i think i can. any ideas on what to look at next?
  13. So i put the card in another PC...flashed the bios back to default...took it apart and inspected the wires. Guess something is wrong with the card..and the warranty is voided
