Gonna grill some more chicken thighs tonight. Going with homemade teriyaki (sort of) marinade and gonna put some homemade asian peanut butter sauce on top.

Peanut butter sauce consists of mirin, rice vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, diced fresh ginger, smoked paprika, orange blossom honey, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, and creamy Peter Pan Peanut Butter. I like the way it came out, just wish I could have gotten some real limes to add lime zest for pure flavor. Next time I need to record the measurements because it came out better this time than last time
