I have my main pc DDR4 but no AMD CPU, I plan to test with my RAM if no other solution is available.

I think there is a bord from MSI or Asus with this, but its too expensive.

Tested all the above, nothing. If only it was a MB with BIOS flash back at least I would know the BIOS is good.

GTX 960

The PC doesn't POST, black screen so I cant check the BIOS.
Is this MB able to POST to BIOS without CPU?

I wanted to say that it should support this CPU out of the box, and the issue seem to be something else and not compatibility issue

Found the solution
 
Just open regedit
go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenCL\Vendors
 
and change the registry key value below from 0 to 1
