  1. Please don't suck, please don't suck, PLEASE DON'T SUCK.
  2. True. If you can't think beyond the instructions, then I wouldn't say that the thing is sentient. Intelligence is more than what you learned at school (Officially and unofficially), and being able to comprehend abstract and physical realities takes actually living and comprehending reality. I don't think these things could comprehend thought processes involving how or why. I also wouldn't count something with no agency in its existence as "intelligent". That said, the title made the strangest images come to mind...........*Fuckin' porn*..................
  3. Please don't be real, please don't be real, PLEASE DON'T BE REAL.........
  4. So, the game is set in New Orleans. Wasn't Mafia and Mafia II set in New York?
  5. I look forward to the Cherry MX Clicky switch.
  6. It's one thing to have anti-piracy crap (No issue for me, most of my games are paid for). It's another thing to BAN FUCKING HARDWARE. Good gosh.
  7. So, any recommendations of a store in San Francisco near Fisherman's Wharf?
  8. As a bit of a follow-up from a previous topic I started last March, I'd like to ask for any recommendations for good Active Noise Cancelling Headphones. I'm currently eyeing either the Sennheiser PXC 450 or the Bose QC 25, but since I consider these as expected options, I would like to hear any other suggestions. To add, I will be buying these from a store in San Francisco, so if anyone can provide any information of any good audio stores near fisherman's wharf (I'm a tourist), it would be most appreciated. Price range is 100-300 USD.
  9. Sounds like some people getting themselves involved in places where they really shouldn't be involved in. They should just fuck off.
  10. This makes me suspicious then. Why do this? Unless there was massive incompetence that needed to be hidden, anti-North sentiment to be stoked, the president having dealings or communication with the North, or the President being a bureaucratic dipshit.
  11. Never mind. I can confirm that Dragon (By Comodo) has been affected. Having trouble accessing this info on Yandex and Sleipnir. They may or may not be using a more extensively modified version of Blink. Comodo Dragon 42.2.2.138 () OS Windows 8 or Server 2012 SP0 64 bit NaCl Enabled No Microphone Yes Audio Capture Allowed Yes Current Language en-GB Hotword Previous Language Hotword Search Enabled No Always-on Hotword Search Enabled No Hotword Audio Logging Enabled No Field trial New Hotwording Enabled Yes
  12. So, you think it'll affect the forks? I don't use Vanilla Chromium, but Yandex, Sleipnir, and Dragon use it as a base. I also think that the Chrome portion of Avant uses it as well.
  13. Really? Are they that concerned? It's as if they assume that people can turn into North Korea supporting loons in a second. Just, no......
  14. I'd offer this as a service, given enough practice.
  15. Does this apply only to Chrome and/or Vanilla Chromium, or does this affect anything based on Chromium? 3 of my 5 main browsers are based on Chromium (Yandex, Sleipnir, and Dragon), which is why I'm wondering.
  16. The software is also used for sensitivity remapping. The back switches are for modifying the activation pressure for the triggers.
  17. Still very pricey and largely locked to non-NCR Luzon (Currently in Visayas). At least there might be some improvement, assuming this gets implemented well (Not too confident, but hey, we can hope): http://www.yugatech.com/news/philippine-competition-act-will-open-new-telco-players/
  18. Always a good thing, that Google Fiber. Part of me just wishes it would come over here to the Philippines.
  19. The USA is about the only country (In my current view. I'm pretty certain there are others, it's just the first in my mind) I'd ever avoid living in for any extended period of time (IE 6 months or more).
  20. Dang. We get that here in the Philippines for about over a third of that cost.
