  1. Long story short, mobo in my rig died and there is a handful of data from the Windows 7 boot SSD that I would like to transfer to my new Kaby Lake build. What's the best way to do that? Can I just put the SSD into my new build and boot from the SSD or will that cause problems?
  2. Appreciate the effort. will a 450w psu be enough?
  3. I already own the hdd since I salvaged it from an old build, felt like a shame to let it go to waste.
  4. The mobo I picked is no doubt a bit expensive but I mainly picked it for it's front m.2 slot and heatsink to help reduce ssd throttling . Since I what my build to be as quiet as possible I would prefer a non-blower gpu which is why I thought the fans would be necessary. A 1070 would be awesome though.
  5. I would like to build a new ITX gaming rig as early as next week and would like some opinions on this build. 6. I've not played any of Paradox's grand strategy games. I've heard that Stellaris is a good one to start with because it starts off as a 4X game and then becomes a grand strategy game.
  7. From what I can tell, Leviathans and Utopia are the only essential DLCs but who knows how much more DLC they'll add in the future. I just had a look at CK 2 and EU4, both those games have a ton of DLC and some of them have recently been released despite the base games being 5 years and 4 years old respectively.
  8. Stellaris is $12 in the Humble Monthly, is the game any good? Is it worth the price?

  11. Child of Light has very similar gameplay to Stick of Truth.
  12. Rocket League is on sale right now.
  13. Are you aware of the Masterkeys Pro M? It's strictly not TKL but the numpad and arrow keys are combined into the same keys so it's basically the same size as a TKL keyboard. It has cable routing.
  14. It's a multiplayer turn based tactics game, to me it feels like XCOM meets Overwatch. I just started playing it and I think it's pretty good so far. It's free to play so worth a try.
  15. Atlas Reactor Don't Starve Together Rocket League SpeedRunners
  16. Endless Space is 96% off on Steam which takes it to £1 / $1 (or your regional equivalent) http://store.steampowered.com/app/208140/
  17. This one is a bit over budget but seems to tick all the boxes: http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/computing/laptops/laptops/dell-inspiron-13-5000-touchscreen-2-in-1-silver-10151886-pdt.html
  18. My sister is looking for a new laptop, main use is MS Office (Word & PowerPoint). Budget is around £500, buying from UK. 11-13" Screen Size Reasonably thin and light SSD preferred So far I have found this, the only thing I'm not sure about is whether or not 4 GB of RAM is enough. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
  19. They both look like good overall packages, if I can find a good deal for the S8, I will seriously consider upgrading to it. I'm still going to wait for more new flagships from this year before deciding though.
