I just built my first pc and I'm running into a bit of a problem. I started to experience weird graphical glitches similar to this https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/top-left-glitch-flickering.2122176/ during the game launch. I first started experiencing it when I loaded GTA V. This was also accompanied by a constant clicking in the audio, mainly from the left side. I now hear the audio clicking anytime something happens on screen (like scrolling through a web page, and playing other games) I haven't seen the first glitch since yesterday, but I am seeing lines occasionally flicker across the screen. I tryed to ddu my graphics driver and do a clean install, but it keeps happeningCPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Motherboard: MSI B450-A PRO Memory: Team T-Force Vulcan 16 GB Storage: Crucial P1 500 GBVideo Card: ASRock Radeon RX 5700 Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA P2 650 W 80+ PlatinumAlso a usb audio interface

Thanks for the reply! Why the difference in case? I was kind of confused by the differences between cases in the MasterBox line, and just chose the mb511 because it is popular. Also I've been debating the PSU a lot, I know that the efficiency increase from gold rating to platinum rating is mostly negligible, but it seems like having an extra 100 watts for 25 is worth it. especially because people on other threads have repeatedly been saying that I should go for better PSU.

Hey, thanks for the response! What makes the MP510 a better option than the 660p? This is going to be a single user system that will largely only be running one application at a time. To my knowledge, many of the benefits of better NVMe drives come from work loads that better saturate the bandwidth. I could be off base, but thats what a few videos I watched seem to say

This is about my fifth full revision to my build plan with the only thing staying the same is the cpu. Any suggestions as to the parts I've put together would be much appreciated. I'm planning on using it for audio work in a home studio and gaming at 1080p ultrawide. I live in the us. Do you think that switching to this PSU is a better option? EVGA SuperNOVA P2 650 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply Also besides that, is there anything else to consider? -

HI, I've done a quite a lot of research over the past few weeks and put together what I think is a good build for the price. i just wanted a sanity check to make sure everything looks good/if I should exchange some hardware. I know about the issue with bios on 3rd gen ryzen with these motherboards, and I'm planning on requesting a loaner chip from amd to flash a new bios. I went with a x470 board for the sli support for the future, and having another m.2 slot is important so I can install a second nvme drive in the future. I'm planning on using it for audio work in a home studio and gaming at 1080p ultrawide. I live in the us.
