DDC's have slightly better head pressure, but performance is hugely impacted by tops. They're also louder and hotter. Unless you don't have the space, get a D5

If you have a D5 pump, any D5 top will work. Pick whichever looks nicest or fits in your budget. 

They're both nickel plated, but only the Acetal Nickel has an acetal top. Have you looked at any pictures? Purely cosmetic differences.

You can either replace the LED, or find some way of changing the "diffuser" on the front panel LED.

You do realize the stock H100i are SP120 fans without the color ring? 
 
IIRC, the Phantom 530 comes with a 200mm fan in the front and a 140mm fan in the back. The stock ones should be fine, but if you still need more fans, you could use those 120mms as bottom intakes or top exhausts

Depends on which AIO. If you get something like an H60, a high end tower cooler like a Noctua NH-D15 would be better. 

You can do push/pull with completely different fans with completely different CFMs or static pressures. I think JayzTwoCents covered this in a vid 

Order doesn't really matter too much since the liquid moves pretty fast. Arrange your tubing however you like aesthetics wise, but keep your reservoir above your pump
