  1. I'm purely basing the bottleneck remarks on my experience , having had the 3080 in my system from launch its what I'm noticing when playing different games
  2. It's the CPU load that's getting me, fps is fine but I'm getting weird performance issues and sticking in games as the CPU maxes out at times
  3. Iv noticed my CPU since adding the 3080 is struggling big time, games where I would be at 60-70% usage has shot up to the 90's ... Would the higher resolution reduce CPU load?
  4. Budget (including currency): £400ish Country: Scotland Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Hunt Showdown, Tarkov, mostly FPS games Other details: so I have 2 144hz 1080p monitors but I bought a 3080 FE but I'm still running a 6700k, now obv I'm running a massive bottleneck but my question is .... Do I upgrade the CPU and motherboard but still game on 1080p or upgrade the monitors and keep the 6700k and play at a higher resolution? In a dream world I would do both but budget says otherwise... And any recommendations as to the upgrade would be greatly appreciated thanks (3080 purchase was spur of the moment to replace a dying 1080 before anyone asks why I even bothered buying one lol )
