So Windows Media Player on Windows 10 has some visualizations. I checked them out on my TV, my second screen. Worked for 15min, now no visualizations work. Where do I start? Is there an app I can use that will give me psychedelic visuals or should I fix WMP? And how? That $140 one is 1080p. When I bought a chromebook I noticed the price does reflect the quality of the screen. The processor performance also reflected the screen quality. If you want linux I recommend an ex-lease i5 windows laptop. You get more performance for the price of a chromebook and you dont get messed around trying to make it work.

Sorry Vista must be in the memory hole. XP was used by everyone until win 7 in '09. I remember it well coz Microsoft gave out free copies and bought all comp sci students pizza at the launch. And we all cheered at the first blue screen on that night. Good times in the compsci/gaming labs

I assume coz fallout 3 was made for win xp and has not been updated to work on win 10. It just does not "lunch". I can't get my steam fallout 3 working.

Im playing the original fallout. It's pretty hard. There's a game called colonization which has a free and open source remake. The free one is called freecol. That game is interesting but pretty easy once you figure out how to get an economy going. Prob the only game ever made where you can get mega rich from genocide and war crimes.
