ive tried on the amd website and found no drivers that work and i also tried device manager and that didnt work either

i recently got a new pc with 16 gigs of ram a ryzen 5 and a radeon 6950 hd but the screen is only at something like 1348x728 or something like that. i went into display settings and it said that was the "recommended" resolution. my monitor is still running in 1080p though so there is a big black bar around my desktop where it should extend to any one got any ideas?

So ive been wanting to steam for a while and i got a new pc recently. It has a intel i-7 8700, 12 gigs of ram (yes i know is kinda weird) , a 1 tb ssd, and a no gpu. I was just wondering what the best one for streaming at a preferably low cost would be? thanks in advance.
