Yes I tried all the other things you mentioned. The throttleStop Limit Reason is PL2.

@unclewebb I turned on the Lock Turbo Power Limits but without success. The TDP is probably locked Also in the BIOS there is no option for 45W.

Also I asked the HP community but they are really not helpful.

I already gone into the BIOS but there is only 10W, 15W, 20W, 25W, 30W and default. And if I change in XTU or Throttlestop it won't actually change the TDP.

@unclewebb My CPU is stuck at a maximum of 35W. I want to set my CPU to 45W (the default form intel)

Yeah I set it to 50W but it never goes to that

I wondering if can unlock the 35W TDP limit on my laptop i have a i7 9750h (rated for 45W TDP)
