  1. Case closed. I found out, that my SSD was defect. The temp of my SSD was close to 90°C. After replacing it (early December 2020) there was no failure like that anymore.
  2. Thanks for the fast answer. Yes I did remount the Box Cooler. But there was nothing wrong. So I tried it with the new one. Thanks for the Tip with hardware info. so you think the CPU Temp is still my problem?
  3. Hi Guys, so first of all Thanks for reading. I have a Problem regarding my new gaming PC. Sadly something that gets worse and worse. After Using my PC for some time (I cannot give an exact time) it starts Shuttering. Especially when I play CoD Warzone. Because in many posts there is talk about shuttering and there is always the question if it is something else. I am talking about still images that can last from a few ms to several seconds (the whole PC is freezing. You can not switch Tabs or something like that. Stragely Discord works most of the time. Furthermore, the map does not "load" correctly in some error cases. To get a better idea of this I have put a picture here. When the shuttering is very bad it can happen that I get an offset between the image and the audio which can be as much as 10 seconds. Especially at the end of the game. My Setup: Now to the troubleshooting. Since my computer runs error free most of the time and the problem only occurs under load I went very fast towards temperature. Here I noticed that my CPU has a much too high temperature. Even at low load up to 60-70°C. Under full load even up to 100° were reached. And that very fast. Therefore I replaced the box cooler with a new one (be quiet! Quiet Pure Rock). Now I could reduce the temperature strongly. Under load I am now only between 80-90°C. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem. So I "think" thermal throttling is not the problem. Although I am still not sure if my current temperatures are that healthy. Another point is probably driver errors with Ryzen processors. I'm not going into tahat here, but if someone has these problems, check out the link there. I have checked my PC to make sure I have the right drivers on it. https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1177546-windows-10-micro-stutters-with-ryzen/page/2/ Currently I have discovered a nice tool "Argus Monitor". With this tool you can display all temperatures and loads of the components. Here I noticed that when my shutters come my CPU frequency drops a little bit but my graphics card does almost nothing. The Load goes to 0%. Here are two pictures with one measurement without and one with shutter All drivers are up-to-date. Bios, graphics card, chipset. There have been several new installations. The error also occurs when I only install Windows without any other software running in the background. So the big question now is, is it my graphics card (from my old setup), my CPU, my Ram or my mainboard. Or is COD just crap programmed and I have to live with it.
