  1. Mainly the time because it is random it also occurs when not doing something heavy, it's less common because I am using the computer, but when I left it downloading at night it also occurred occasionally.
  2. Well... I am not sure but I think it's very unlikely because when the Windows is on the front slot I can see and still interact with the PC until it use or need something from the read SSD. Regarding the CPU, you think the same as me. I think the CPU doesn't differentiate if the SDD is from the front or rear to have this kind of different behaviors.
  3. @Ubuntu is love I turned off the semi passive because I didn't wanted that and already putted a custom fan curve to be at 35% at idle and after 45C ramping up in a linear way. Even if the problem was from the graphic card it wouldn't have different behaviors when I switched SSD and it wouldn't freeze only partial of my system, I assume it would froze all the image, at least or I am missing something? By the way, I advice you to put a little more like 35% because below that the fans are ramping up and down because they can't handle so low speed, at least mine.
  4. Hi My specs are: Mini-ITX Asus ROG Strix B450-I Gaming Corsair SF600 (front slot) SSD M.2 2280 Samsung 970 Evo Plus 250GB MLC V-NAND NVMe (rear slot) SSD M.2 2280 Western Digital Blue SN550 1TB 3D NAND NVMe Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER Gaming 8GB OC RAM G.SKILL SNIPER X 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200MHz CL16 AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Noctua NH-U9S I have this PC from the beginning of this year and since there I have been encountered with random freezes but (normally) only on games but Windows keep working. This doesn't occur all the time. It can happen in one day and the other not and playing the same games. Temps I am sure aren't the problem because they are always below around 70C even pushing hard. After some investigation, I have 2 SSD m2, the one on front has the Windows and the rear has the Steam library and etc. When it freezes it let moving the mouse interact with Windows, I can also open the task manager but when it opens it's shows empty but can still interact with it. I updated everything, I uninstalled the ROG Armoury because I though was some problem related with it because the motherboard lights also stop. Once, after freezing I quickly opened the task manager and showed only one SSD, the front one. With this behavior, I assumed the problem was related with the SSD so I changed them places. The on rear to the front and vice-versa. With this change, now it completely froze. So I assume the problem is related with the motherboard more specifically with the rear SSD m2 slot. I toked the motherboard to where I bough it and they said it worked well (but I am sure they didn't spend the necessary time to reproduce it) and told me to bring all system because it could be a problem with the CPU. My question is what do you thing what is the problem and the CPU could be really the problem? I think the CPU doesn't has special controls to the SSD and more specifically to the rear one. I would like to ear what you think about this. Thanks
