  1. hello, im having a problem with my pc where when try to play games and load up my pc, randomly it'll just shut off completely as if I held the power button. I have a 5600x with a 5700xt and a 750w psu. I already bought a whole new psu thinking my old one was dying because of its really loud fan noise it had but it didn't fix the issue, ive remounted my gpu and updated it's drivers, haven't touched my cpu nor my ram though. I did a cmd check on my hdd and ssd and both times it came back as being okay and healthy. I reinstalled windows 11 to see if that would help but the problem persists, if anyone has any ideas of what it could be, please let me know and don't be afraid to ask for more details.
  2. Alright thank you so much, he’s seen your post and the part your recommended and he’ll be adjusting his list when the new processors and gpu’s come out
  3. Budget (including currency): 1.5K CAD Country: Canada Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Graphic designing, recording while playing slightly demanding games Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): so I’m building a new pc for my friend and it’s my first time building one and actually picking the parts, so I was wondering if these parts will be fine.(they’re going to be as screenshots) I told him everything seems fine but I just asked what the rpm on the hard drive is just in case he wants to load his games slightly faster. He’s ordering the pc in December, around the middle of it. He currently is spending 1.5K on this pc. (that’s the total for all the parts and I’ll update once I get more info) he’s probably going to be playing 1080p maybe 1440 since he is going to use a 1660 ti. That’s all if you guys have any questions just reply, I’ll be checking in every now and then throughout the day
  4. It’s all good I got the cooler master hyper T2, it has a 92 mm fan and is overall compact so I think it should fit fine but thank you for your help, I really appreciate it!
  5. Actually I just found a better one to use, the 212 EVO is one of my choices but I don’t think I need that much cooling as it is a 77.0W cpu but I’m using regular pcb, no heat spreader ram and if you search up “Asus CM6870” you’ll see the case This is my other choice apart from the 212: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07HJ3DNX2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_I25LFbFWZT3NX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
  6. I just got myself a new but used pc, it has a Core i7-3770 @3.40 GHz, Socket LGA 1155 on a Asus P8H77 M-Pro. The cooler is slightly broken and the plastic pins at the bottom have snapped off and won’t hold the cooler in place, there for disabling me from being able to run games, stress tests and so on without the fan ramping up to 100% and my cpu benign at 100° due to it, so I was wondering if you guys knew any coolers that would go well with it? I have one but I’m not sure and I don’t wanna buy something I can’t use link to cooler I think would fit: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B06X9Q1K88/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_xE5LFbYRKM4NT
