  1. I could give 5 shi*s about going from 120hertz to 144hertz. My C2 48in does the job and then some. I'll wait until they get to over 200hertz for me to upgrade. 24hertz increase and buy an entire new TV when my C2 works fine? Ummm, no.
  2. It's the same shit with font rendering on LG C1 C2 or C3 panels. People will talk as if it's the worst thing in the world. And others have 0 clue what they are talking about. It's a subjective topic. Some people notice things, some people don't notice things. Just because you do, do not tell people that is how it is. For you it's that way. Not for others. But the internet evolved into people needing, dying for the need to be correct all the time. Subjective shit. Deal with it.
  3. Just get the 4080. I have it and it's a great performer.
  4. If you bought it less than 30 days ago, you can walk right into microcenter and ask for a new card. They will replace it as long as you have the receipt. Do not do anything other than that if it's less than 30 days ago.
  5. It's probably the typical bullshit and everyone is talking out of their ass. The delta between the 4070ti super and 4080 will be big in my opinion. And from what I've read the 4080 super will MAX 5% better than a regular 4080 IF THAT (no where near 15%). And that is coming from nvidia..No one knows until it comes out. It's just typical trash talking. It will be LOW SINGLE DIGIT FPS GAINS over the 4080. If you are selling your 4080 to get a 4080 super....you're an idiot. Performance Given the specs of the RTX 4080 Super, it’s hard to imagine it will be much faster than the base RTX 4080. The bump in core count and clock speed will help it hold an edge, but I suspect that edge will be in the lower single digits in most games. How does that relate to the RTX 4080 Super? Well, we can see from the specs that there probably won’t be a huge jump over the RTX 4080. Given that, the performance improvements will likely be small, and in some games, there may not be performance improvements at all. Nvidia tells me it expects performance improvements of up to 5% overall, with most games landing around a 3% jump. That might be the best play. It doesn’t appear like the RTX 4080 Super will provide a big advantage over the base RTX 4080, so if you can score a deal on Nvidia’s older card, that’s the way to go.
  6. Buy now for 1200 a 4080 or get a 10% better performing card in Jan for 999$ maybe. I'd wait personally.
  7. I have a 7900X with a Asus X670-P WIFI board. 32gb of teamgroup hynix memory and everything works fine. I have not 1 issue. My video card is a PNY 4080 and gaming is a blast on it.
  8. I have never had one problem with gsync. Works great. I just keep it enabled. Thanks gsync!
  9. CL30 is working. I have gotten the latency down to 64ns. Why is setting fclk to 2033 or 2067 better than 2000 for 6000mhz ram? Can you explain?
  10. Cool. I set the fclk to 2067 (my mboard doesn't have 2066) and I set the tREFI to 50000. Now my latency is at 65.3. Anyways to get it lower? I bumped up my voltages to 1.4 and have my VDDP at 1.100. I get 87702 read speed and write speed is 91438 from aida64. Maybe CL30 or 28 will yield better results now with the increased voltage no? 32, 36, 36, 28, 64 is my timings now. Think I should adjust them?
  11. My tREFI auto sets to 11677 in the bios. Which is a lot better than 50k. So what should my fclk be if I am running my memory at 6000mhz? At least 2066 you say? I guess what should I lower and by how much? I am going to use OCCT memory benchmark to test for stability after I change the timings. So I am at 32, 36, 36, 36, 28, 64. What should I change to those and by how much? Right now I am at 67.9ms latency and pass OCCT. Thanks for your help.
  12. I have 32gb of Teamgroup UD5-6000 DDR5 memory. The motherboard I have is an Asus X670-P WIFI board. I am running my FCLK at 2000 since my memory is at 6000mhz. I do not want more mhz than 6000 on my ram but I do want lower latency and I am trying to find the best timings for this ram. Right now I am at 69ms and at times 67ms from AIDA64 memory latency benchmark. I know that it swings wildly with its scores. Can you guys look here at my zen timings and tell me what to increase? I am running my voltage at 1.35. I know if I increase the tCL to 30 it makes my latency worse in the test. Thanks!
  13. I have a 48in C2 OLED and will never go back to the sub 40in size again. Once you go big you can't go back. It really is a treat to play pc games on this thing.
