So my monitor has some horrible stutter. I am using a dual monitor setup, one of them is 144hz using dp and another is 60hz using hdmi. The best way to describe it is I can see frames going back and forth very quickly/flickering whenever something is moving fast. On the UFO tests, I always get browser stutter +1 with no other apps open. My current gpu is an MSI Ventus 3080 OC.
