issue can also be seen on https://webglsamples.org/aquarium/aquarium.html by clicking 5k fish. it runs on 30fps for 3-4 seconds and then drops to 1-5fps for 1-2 seconds and then again goes up

hello i am having a dell precision m6400 using it for playing webgl games, i tried some webgl samples the best of was aquarium.(https://webglsamples.org/aquarium/aquarium.html) on 5k fish i had 30+ fps, but it was running good for 2-3 seconds then for 1-2 seconds fps drops to 1-5fps then again continue at 30+fps then again 1-5fps for 1-2 second. even while playing games i feel freezes or lags. here are my specs http://vvcap.com/3K4btHNq8 http://vvcap.com/nZZ8uzU1v http://vvcap.com/AK3PZiikm (1 & 2 slot are having same values) http://vvcap.com/r4Z06qadd http://vvcap.com/y4ZmxIko5 GPU is Nvidia quadro FX 2700m
