Oh, and my question is: How do I get my computer to properly load the driver for my EGPU so it works more consistently.

I have been trying to get the AORUS GTX 1070 EGPU Gaming Box to work for almost a year now. It used to just as simple as it deciding to work, but with new knowledge I now know that my pc seems to not wanna load the driver sometimes. I also noticed that the thunderbolt cable that came with it was defective so I had to buy a new one.
